This notice provides important information about the charges we apply for the services we supply, and the costs to cancel these services as per the FCA Regulations. 

Custom Vehicle Contracts Ltd FRN 943984 is a credit broker who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Custom Vehicle Contracts ltd is a licenced broker of vehicle finance, offering finance products from a selected panel of lenders. Please be aware we are a Broker not a Lender.   We will not charge you a fee to introduce you to our panel of lenders.

Custom Vehicle Contracts Ltd charge an Order Process Fee, which will include VAT and will be confirmed at the time of illustration and prior to any order placed. This fee is for the work we undertake to source vehicles via our dealer network. This fee will be taken on receipt of your signed Vehicle Order Form and paid by Credit or Debit Card, or direct via bank transfer.  The amount of this fee is £239.99 (£199.99+vat).

You have the right to cancel the order without penalty within 14 days from the date you place your order via confirmation email or via the website as per Consumer Contracts (Information/Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations. For cancellations falling outside of the 14-day period the following cancellation fees will apply. 

After order but prior to 14 calendar days - Nil.
After 14 days but prior to signing documents - £60 including VAT 
After signing finance company documents prior to delivery - £180 including VAT 

By signing the Order Form and/or this document, you are acknowledging the Terms & Conditions set out regarding fees and cancellation of your contract with the company.
